  That’s how we talk about a roof. If yours is fine, we’ll say it’s fine. If it has ten years left, that’s what you’ll hear. We’re not going to dress up a condition to make a sale out of it.

• Not every roof needs replaced

  Plenty of them can be repaired, and we’ll tell you when yours is one of them. A repair that solves the problem is a better answer than a replacement you didn’t need.

• We’ll say no when the answer’s no

  We won’t stretch a claim that isn’t there, and we won’t sell you a roof when a cleaning or a repair will do. If the answer’s no, you’ll hear it from us straight.

• We deliver on what we promise

  A roof is one of the biggest checks a homeowner ever writes. Sometimes it’s life savings. It’s the most expensive thing most people will ever do to their home. We do not take that lightly. We do what we say.
